California Coleslaw

Makes 2 quarts
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 c. sour cream
4 t. vinegar
2 quarts shredded cabbage
4 medium carrots, grated
1 medium green pepper, diced

In large bowl blend onion soup mix with sour cream and vinegar. Add vegetables, mix, cover, and chill.
